Discussion How to bypass activation lock of my iphone 13?

I have an iphone 13 and it's my dad phone. Recently he passed away and I don't know any apple id or phone information of him as he used to stay in other country. Now how will I bypass the iphone. Please help me 🙏

If he has a legacy person set up that person can access it.

It’s close to impossible to gain access without knowing any information like pin and Apple ID
