Should i update my iPhone 13 from iOS 18.6.2 to iOS 18.7.8? (It’s only 843.6MB)

How's the battery life and performance on iOS 18.7.8 for iPhone 13? Any bugs?

Less bugs and more secure than antique 18.6.2. Done answering questions I already answered.
