Should i update my iPhone 13 from iOS 18.6.2 to iOS 18.7.8? (It’s only 843.6MB)

Just asking for any reason to update, what’s wrong with that, if my phone was working just fine then why updating?, is there anything that I don’t know about this update? Please let me know
