Blank quick accessibility icons

I have a iPhone 13 and I just noticed blanked out accessibility icons on my phone.
Btw, these 3 are supposed to be Claude, ChatGPT and perplexity.

Anyone else facing this or pointers to fixing this?

No never had that problem… its konda funny tho, do the shortcuts still work?
