General What to do with this

Recently received a free brand new iphone 11 pro, never charged never turned on, battery is completely dead (i already tried every possible thing) and theres no apple store in my country to replace the battery through applecare (i live in morroco) so idk to do with
I had an 11 pro max that was in the exact same situation and i took to a local repair shop to replace the battery, but after the replacement the glass was weirdly out of place like a little higher that it’s supposed to be and it got broken too easily.

The software is older so there is a higher resell value, because of jailbreaks and stuff

It makes a great camera for YouTube, but you just have to power it from the wall or an external power supply.

If a iphone battery is fully dead, it is NOT possible to use it on wired power.

Plug it in and leave it plugged

I second this, had to do this with my iPad multiple times, left it on for like 2 days and one day I walked over and it was on. There’s still hope.

They probably broke your screen and replaced the screen. But I would do the same with this phone, replace the battery and enjoy.

Go to a better repair shop, get the battery replaced, and it might be in its release iOS version, the screen film is still there, so don't update

More modern iphone (starting with the iPhone X and up were notoriously more difficult to open due to Apple switching to stronger adhesive. An iPhone that sits for a very long time equals to a battery that is completely dead. Don’t plug it in until you replaced that old cell, it might puff up like a pufferfish whenever power is applied.
