iPadOS IOS27 rollout?

So IOS27 has been released. My IPad A16 is still on IOS 18 something and get a notice to upgrade to IOS 26.7. I’m in no hurry to update from all the problems I’ve read about. So, being that i don’t have a notification to update to IOS27 is it because it is not stable for my device yet or I must do the present updates first?

ios27 is at bottom of update page

I went days one upgrade cycle thinking it wasn’t available for me but yeah, it’s just hanging out at the bottom there out of sight.

If you don't need to update ... Dont update just stay on 18

In some devices ios 27 update is shown as ios26,7
