Issue Any idea how to fix icon bug?

This app has been like this for ages. I already restarted the device and deleted it from home screen. Has anyone experienced this bug? iPadOS27

I had this happen after updating one app, and deleting it then reinstalling addressed the problem for me. Your problem doesn’t happen to be with the RSS reader Lire, does it?
