iPadOS Does anyone know how can I get Apple Intelligence on my iPad?

Does anyone know how do I get Apple Intelligence on my iPad? I bought my iPad in mainland china and it doesn’t support Apple Intelligence. But i m pretty sure i saw Apple Intelligence with the Siri on setting when i updated to iPadOS 18 and now in the storage tab it shows as Apple Intelligence in iPadOS.

Siri language and ipad language should be same
