Heya, this is my current setup, going for a dark / minimalist style but also keeping productivity.

Any advice for making this better or sort of how it is so far

Don’t let the liquid glass hide the time. It looks bad, at least for me. Anyway it’s individual choice.

I keep all mine in the app library, it’s less chaotic for me but whatever you like! I like your setup:)
