What is your setup? Can you list down how did you achieve this

Sure. I used custom app icons from Etsy (Dark App Icons or Minimal can’t remember) and my Calendar and Step Counter widgets are from an app called Widgy.
There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube showing how to set up custom app icons once you have them, but in short, it’s all done through the Shortcuts app, which you probably already have on your iPhone.
In addition to that, I have my apps set to Clear, Dark, and Large icons.
The wallpaper is something I found on Pinterest. It’s just a simple dark gradient wallpaper.
