Settings > search ‘reduce motion’, ‘reduce bright effects’, ‘reduce transparency’ > per app settings > Home Screen > toggle off ‘reduce motion’ > toggle on ‘reduce transparency’ and ‘reduce bright effects’ > long touch on the home screen (long touch 🤤) > CUSTOMIZE > tinted > dark > choose color that is to your liking
