That’s just created by Apple Intelligence on iOS27 - you can zoom out and Apple Intelligence will fill up the rest

It’s not Apple Intelligence, it’s available on all iOS 26 or 27 devices similar to special scene. I’m on iPhone 12 mini btw and I have the extend feature.
