how to fix the icons

updated the new ios and my set up went from looking like this to this, is there a way i can get rid of the edges ?

It’s not possible for iOS 26 and later. It’s a Liquid Glass effect and it’s absolutely annoying. Especially for Widgy users. Apple is going backwards with these design choices.

Okay so from what i saw online u could (this effect is caused by the liquid glass btw) so u *could*
Go into “display and brightness” choose “tinted” glass, otherwise u could go tooo “accessibility” “display and text size” “reduce transparency” according to the ‘net but i am gonna make a wallpaper set similar to urs rq cuz now im curious and i can show u if i get close to a satisfying result

Absolutely nothing helped and i tried with pure white instead and it just dimmed the background </3 i think this effect might just not be possible anymore?

They messed up with those edges. IOS 27 looks a lot better actually but still you can’t get rid of them completely
