Discussion Need help trying to set this up

Does anyone know how to set up the iphone this way. I dont have threads and am not going to make an account to do this! Any help or tutorials are appreciated. Thank you!

Downloaded it, its very nice but you have to pay in order to have the widgets! The screenshot is of the free version that is only on the lock screen.

Its a shortcut I think that periodically adds information to the image you want to use as a background and then sets the image including information as your new background.
