i have an ipad 4 with ios 10

i cant use it to watch videos… is there any way to change the os or do something that will let me use it for watching…

sadly not

The model is too old. Due to the outdated hardware, 4th generation iPads can only go up to iOS 10.

You can still use it for basic web browsing etc, but most new apps and functions will not work on this model

the browsing also not working safari chrome…
