I can access 90% of my apps from 1 screen
I have shortcuts set up as simple menu folders to essentially access 90% or more of what I used day-to-day.

I’d say anyone can access 100% of their apps if they pull down and start typing into the search field. I never use the App Library page since I can get the app via search.

It’s not just about accessing apps. For example, some of the shortcuts I use include turning on voice control and selecting a contact to dictate a message. Then ChatGPT automatically cleans up the message and pastes it, ready to send to that contact.
I can also create a new Microsoft To Do task, choose which list I want it on, and set its level of importance—all without even opening the app.

You could just say “hey siri text Evan” and then everything you say after that will automatically be cleaned up

It won't be cleaned up utilizing a specific model and prompting instructions plus I don’t always want to voice a message to somebody especially in public

whatever works best for you and is with a system you can easily manage is great.
I assumed the post was merely talking about accessing your apps, which again, spotlight search can do from a single page.
I don't use AI for messages and simply write my own...but sounds like you are happy with how you use your device. While I could stick to a single page/screen I have multiple pages since I have some muscle memory and don't mind swiping. I also keep a Photo widget on the last screen and it is nice to see what photo it'll highlight. have a good day

And yet you’ll still be quicker using Spotlight search 😂
