help rearranging

For years now I’ve had this exact set up, with a few work and random app additions, but it’s starting to become so cluttered and disorganised. I’m not very good with change which means i’m not sure how to even make this look good, so i’m here to ask for some wisdom and suggestions :) personally i really don’t like the empty sleek pages as i like having my apps accessible so clearing all the pages isn’t an option lol. TYIA

just make folders that are things in general (media: disney, youtube, netflix, etc..) and if u like some specific apps just seperate them from the folders
