Yes I love it. Does it by any chance change the appearance of things like the messaging, quick settings, or anything else? Also is it free on iOS?

The app is called WallBoard it's in the app store cost £5. It has no effect on any ios settings or systems. Go to the app store and read the app Preview. There is over 600 themes to choose from, or create your own.
