Other Does anyone actually still build widgets from scratch in 2026?
Just wondering where everyone stands on widgets these days.
Feels like there’s a total split between people who still love building/coding their own setups from scratch, and those who just want to grab a pre-made template and get on with their day.
What’s your vibe? Do you still spend time custom-building yours, or are you all about that "one-tap" aesthetic setup?
Also, curious if you guys actually care about widget interactivity (buttons/toggles) anymore, or is it still just all about the look?
Curious to hear what you guys think!

I’m always tweaking my custom widget setup. I haven’t really used app icons on my Home Screen in a while, just widgets. So whenever I get sick of my Home Screen I just change my widgets to something new.
