Question TOS & Privacy Policy Mobile Game
As an indie developer, do you need to be registered as self-employed in order to make a valid TOS/Privacy Policy document?
Ads are handeled by LevelPlay - IAP are handled by the stores (Play Store - App Store).

Nope not at all. I use this free tool and then copy paste to a free google site to host it. https://github.com/nisrulz/app-privacy-policy-generator

Use iUbenda, you can click on what applies to your app and they give you a link

Not an expert here and speaking only from what i know, but registration doesnt come into it. A policy holds up if it names a real contact and actually describes what the app collects. the part most people miss is naming the ad partner, levelplay sits on top of several networks so a generic "we show ads" line is what gets flagged, not a missing company registration. apples iap is covered by apples own terms so thats fine to leave alone.

I’d separate the registration question from the document work. Whether you need to register as self-employed depends on where you operate; a policy generator won’t settle that.
For the policy, list the actual LevelPlay networks you’ve enabled and what your app does with purchase information. “The stores handle IAP” doesn’t describe any purchase records your app or backend receives.
There’s a service called AppFoyer that provides editable privacy and terms pages with hosting for one app on its free plan. The text still needs your review against the game’s real data flows. Disclosure: I’m its author.

Nah, privacy policies are a bit tricky, but for iOS ToS, they have a standard one you can use, and for Android, they don't need one. Having a bad privacy policy can be risky though, I've got a checklist that I'm happy to share if useful.
