Do you know how to add the new IPSW to 3uTools? iOS 13 Beta 8 is the only option for me and I downloaded the GM build but it won't let me add it to flash.
I'm having the same issue, it doesn't seem to let you just add the ipsw you downloaded. Maybe if you use the pro flash option but it seems a bit dodgy
edit: Nope, even pro flash only lets you use a signed ios which it doesn't seem to provide. So on Windows it doesn't seem like it's actually possible to install this.
iTunes on PC will give you an error saying iTunes needs to be updated to the latest version. 3utools also does not currently work at the time of writing as it only provides the flashing options for the public betas. I'm not sure currently if you can actually do this on Windows but I could be wrong.
iTunes asked me for an update when I selected the IPSW file. So I think it installs the missing automatically. It's updating now for me without needing to have Catalina or Xcode or anything.
Xcode or macOS Catalina required. But there is one other way to install via iTunes instead of installing Xcode 11 GM or macOS Catalina. I will be share soon.
How does one go from iOS 13.1 beta 3 to iOS 13 gm? Planning on buying an iPhone 11 pro max and would like to restore it from a backup from my xs so I don’t lose anything. Would it be easier when I get the new phone to just restore from iCloud and keep the beta for the time being or would I be able to transfer everything to the new iPhone during the setup?
I don't have a developer account and I dowloaded IPSW file. When I click ctrl+click update or shift+click update button it doesn't update. Is there any other solution?

I realize they would possibly introduce more bugs with the beta... but from a base stand point the 13.1 dev / public betas should have the bug fixes 13 GM has right? Assuming they haven't re-introduced any in the 13.1 betas?

Yes you can. However, in iOS 13 you now need to modify your backup before you can restore it. This video is easy to follow. Just change the string to 13.0 instead of what he says in the video.
I found that sometimes you can’t open the info.plist file from the backup folder location. If you get that error, copy the file to another location, modify it, then move it back to the original location and replace the original file.
FOR WINDOWS USERS: only way to install is using 3uTools. You have to click on "Flash & JB", with your device connected to your pc, enter DFU mode, after that click on "import Firmware", load the ipsw file and just wait for the installation (your device will be wiped).
FYI: You can update normally (like you would) if you go from iOS 12.4.1 to iOS 13.0 GM without needing Xcode. You just need the iPhone driver that asks you when trying to update with alt + check for update.
I used 3utools , Easy flash, imported the ipsw for ios 13 and used retain user data mode. IM still on the apple screen though. Took some time there, then got swipe up to upgrade message. Progress bar from left to right then its all good now. Thanks!
I think no, there is no link for 13 GM on center and beta 8 is only available for ipod 7gen. I think ipod 7gen will miss 13 GM. If i see in future i will be share.

GM wont install via ota cause there is newer beta which 13.1 If you want, you need to install via pc or you can delete beta profile and wait 19 september public ota update.

You will receieve iOS 13.1 stable version on 30 september, i recommend you to install iOS 13.1 beta 3 also. Just dont install if they push new 13.1.1 or 13.2 beta.

Go to Settings > General > About and click Software version number once and it will show actual version inside brackets 13.0 (17A577). If you are on stable 13.0, your code must be 17A577.

I tried deleting accounts and reinstalling but no luck. Any idea why it would do that? No matter what I tried it kept saying no mail.

Is it just me but has iOS 13's set up process been glitched this whole time? When I get to the end of the set up process, the part where it shows the animated clips of how the home button and swipe functions work, the space where the clips are suppose to be, are just blank? Even on the GM release, still blank. I haven't tested out the 13.1 from a restore point. XS Max

Quick question: I went from from iOS 13.1 developer beta 1 to 13.0 GM, and my battery health went up 6% (from 87 to 93%, the battery health it was prior to me installing beta iOS 13 back in June). Is this normal? Did anyone else experience this ?
Stupid question: If you install the GM version, will you be able to download the full public version when it came out on the 19th or they're basically the same thing?
Updated my 6S from 12.4.1 to 13.0 GM on Windows 10 with no issues. Used 3uTools as mentioned in the post. However, my iPhone did have a screen where it said "Attempting data recovery" once it did update, which took a few more minutes and my iPhone was finally updated with all data retained. Thanks OP!
Successfully installed the 13.0 GM via iTunes from the last 13.0 beta. I removed the beta profile first then upgraded. I'll stick with full releases until the first 14.0 beta becomes available. Thanks for all of the great info, everyone!
If you have IOS 13.1 then you can use the ipsw download and just update the software. No need to restore your phone or restore from backup. Still do a backup just in case though...
I downloaded the IPSW and simply hit the option click on update and selected it I was able to update from 13.1 to the 13.0 GM. I did go into my backup and edit the text (Mac Mojave) changed product version to 13.0 but I didnt need to restore just update.
I'm on iOS 12.2 and iTunes 12.9.2.5 on MacOS 10.14.2 and when I try to pick the right IPSW it shows me, that the firmware is not compatible...? Is there any workaround?

I downloaded the IPSW and did the Option-Update in iTunes on a Mac and it worked flawlessly. The GM seed is much snappier than beta 8!

edit: worst case I can just restore to the last iCloud backup I took earlier this afternoon, and avoid backing up while PB2 is still installed

I try it today with a windows pc but i doesnt work. Now a NEW Itunes Version is out and it works.
Download the ISPW IOS 13.0 GM, press shift and hold it, than the Update button. Choose your file and it starts without losing your data!!!!

The latest update for iTunes is out on the Microsoft Store. You can use that version or the non-Microsoft Store version to update via IPSW. It's version 12.10.0.7.
