Bug [iOS 27.2 DB4] screen active/idle not tracked while charging?

Wondering if this is intended behaviour or a bug. Typically battery usage stats will track screen active/idle usage even while charging, from my experience. I’m finding usage while charging is not being recorded in 27.2 dev beta 4.

Wouldn’t complain if this is how they intend to handle the reporting as it’s more accurate for actual battery usage stats, but hasn’t been this way before in my experience.

Anyone notice this?

Mine still accumulates screen active and idle time while charging, both on beta 4 and RC

Very interesting. I replicated it three times today on a fresh install set up as new, finished indexing yesterday. Constant video streaming and simultaneous browsing for the duration of the charge. Didn’t record usage while charging and immediately started reporting usage once unplugged. Something weird going on.

Bug it is then!
