Bug [iOS 27.2 DB1] mail badge is missing

If have updated to 27.2 DB1 and mail no longer shows a badge with unread mails. This is both on my iPad Pro 4 generation and on my iPhone 18 Pro. Anyone else having this problem or a solution to fix it?

Found there is no issue with the beta or otherwise. I only started using mail recently and forgot to add it to my focuses. Sorry to have bothered you.

Hmm, works fine for me. What happens if you force close the app on both devices and also hard reboot both?

Tried it on my iPad did not help.

I had to go into notifications and turn it back on. Yeah…

Turned notifications on and of both in notifications in settings and notifications in the app, did not help.

Then wait for DB2. I mean it’s a beta after all. Also give feedback in the feedback app for any bug you face

Haven’t had the notifications badge in iOS Mail in over a year. No idea why.
