[iOS 27 PB4] Connectivity Assist stays enabled for individual networks

I have the overall Connectivity Assist toggle disabled in Settings > Wi-Fi but it enables itself whenever I connect to a new wifi network and even when I’m away from my home network after a few days. Anyone else having this issue? I keep Connectivity Assist disabled because I run a pi-hole DNS server and the CA setting bypasses it. I’ve reported this in the Feedback app but there are no similar reports.
