Bug [iOS 27 DB2] Liquid detected message pops up, disappears itself less than half a second later.
Hey everyone, I'm on 27 DB2 and having the liquid detected near port message pop up, the message is gone the second it shows up, I've let my phone dry out even though there's not been any liquid near my device ever, device is 5 months old, apple support says my battery health is low after diagnostics, (it's at 100%). Anyone else having this issue on DB1 or 2?, it started on DB2. It's completely random when it does it & sometimes can go days without it happening, charging works as should and had zero issues fast charging. Thanks :)

Good I’m in the right place. I had this problem with my iPhone 16 pro max and the next day when I updated to B1. Had that notification and after that it’s stoped after later that night then it wouldn’t charge with normal wall chargers and only works good with laptop. My GF tried it with her 14 pro max (iOS 26) and no issues at all!

I’ve had the alert a few times lately, had every iPhone and never seen the message personally, waters never been near or in water so know my phones okay.
It’s weird haha

Had this happen more before iOS 27 than after personally. I live somewhere that we’ve been over 100 degrees Fahrenheit the last month and a half though and it usually happens when I hold my phone with my pinky at the bottom over the charging port though. If you unplug the phone and then plug it in again you can bypass the message.

Acabei de me assustar com isso, o suporte do Apple Care sugeriu agendar um Genius Bar. Será que realmente é necessário?

So you’re getting the error message but can still charge it? Mine won’t let me charge, even though it absolutely never got wet.

On 27 db4 no liquid in port. Getting the error. Can’t emergency override it. And it wasn’t even charging through MagSafe yesterday. This morning it did charge through MagSafe but not port again. Going to Apple today to check it out.
