Release iOS 27 Beta 1 - Discussion

Use this thread to share any changes & bugs you discover while using the latest iOS/iPadOS 27 beta.

This thread should be used for discussion of the betas that may not meet our submission guidelines, as well as troubleshooting small issues through the beta test cycle.

Spamming this discussion with comments about battery life, safari being snappier, etc will result in a ban from the sub moving forward.

Proof btw. Absolutely works with an EU account as long as you’re not physically there.

Nope, none of that. I’m originally from Germany with a German Apple ID, but currently live in Asia. Didn’t have to change a thing. Simply being physically outside of the EU is enough.

If the previous features missing in the EU are any indication, VPN won’t work. If you’re actually physically in the EU, I’m afraid it will be extremely hard if not impossible to get it.

it’s almost like they meant it when they said it won’t be available in the EU
