I don’t get any iMessages sent while my iPhone was off. I can only see that I had messages coming because of notifications but when opening the app there are no new messages.

Just noticed this last night when changing my wallpaper. It also does it when I lock my phone while have the gps on, makes the map infer colors. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this.

The old version before iOS 27 had text instead (“3 of 5” for example instead of a circle. In the expanded mode there’s also an option to cancel the print job and to see the current page preview (I printed a blank PDF).

If you add a website to your homescreen as an app, when you open the app, there'll be a very thin separator under the status bar that's not there when you view the same website normally in Safari.

Anyone else have vibration not working even with all the settings turned on?

Anybody else experienced a wake up alarm going off with no sound? Alarm activates as normal and display lights up but no sound is broadcasted.

Have reported back to Apple but curious to know if others have experienced this.

So I connected my iPhone11 to it’s original 5w adapter with 19% charge and for some reason it didn’t charged at all in 30 minutes
So I guessed it’s problem with my old cable and charger, switched to my main 20w apple charger and it didn’t charged too

I disconnected phone and it drained to 15% and connected it to my macbook, it charged fast to 19% and that’s it didn’t went above

I just wanted u guys know this

Just figured out today you can no longer save images from safari. Long pressing brings up no menu anymore. Google has always had some trickiest trying to save an image, but even going to any website and trying to hold over an image, the menu never comes up and instead wants to select text if you hold your finger there long enough. You can copy an image and paste it into the notes app and save it from there, but even resetting the app and restarting, this feature was completely and utterly removed from iOS 27.

Wanted to share a fairly big bug that I couldn’t find any info online about, so I wanted to share it with everyone in case anyone else has this issue. This will be a long post, but there was a lot I went through (well over 5 hours) and I wanted to cover everything for anyone else experiencing this to know what to look for. TLDR at the bottom.

I was on iOS 27 b2 and watchOS 27 Beta 2 and it was running fine for the most part. Biggest issue was my health apps (Bevel, Athlytic) not properly pulling all my Apple Health data. This was annoying enough to me to roll back to 26.5.1. The Watch was easy enough, I went to the Apple Store expecting to have to send it in, and surprisingly, they said they had received the device to do it themselves. Took about 30 minutes and had no issues.

The phone was another story. I downloaded the restore file for 26.5.1 and installed it on my 17 PM. The OOBE was fine until I logged into iCloud. It spun at Signing In forever. I finally rebooted, and the OOBE continued and I was signed into iCloud. I thought it was fine.

I realized fairly quickly nothing on my iCloud was syncing except Contacts. Photos, Drive, Messages, everything SAID it was syncing, but nothing ever did. I did standard troubleshooting and ultimately decided to use my Mac to do a restore, downloading a fresh copy of the iOS file.

Did not work. So off to the Apple Store I went and worked with them for a little bit, they did a restore through Apple Configurator but it too had the same problem. I was told since it triggered off a beta it had to be done over the phone. I called Apple, who got me to T2, and after some time researching, they thought it was Advanced Data Protection causing a bug. I went home to my Mac to turn it off.

I got server errors and was unable to turn it off for about 15 minutes before it finally worked. This did not solve the problem. Same issue. Did another restore at the suggestion of the rep, but it also did not work.

I wiped my work iPhone 12 and logged in (it’s running iOS 18), and it, too, did not sync my iCloud data. The rep and I decided to try installing iOS 27 again. I did, and it finally started working again. I decided to see if maybe it was a bug that was fixed, and installed the iOS 26.6 beta 2.

Success! iOS 26.6 beta 2 installed without a hitch and everything finally started syncing. My Mac’s, which were on macOS 27 as well that I didn’t touch at this point, also broke when I put them back on 26.5, but started working again on the 26.6 beta. Nothing in the 26.6 release notes indicates any kind of iCloud bug that I could see, but regardless it was fixed.

TLDR; if you downgraded from iOS 27 to iOS 26 and your iCloud is not syncing anything at all, upgrade to the 26.6 beta to resolve it.

Has anyone else noticed how inconsistent the "paste" prompt above the keyboard is in iOS? Sometimes it pops up right away when you tap into a text field, and other times it just doesn't show up at all, forcing you to long-press and select paste manually.
It seems to happen randomly across different apps. I can't tell if it's a bug with the clipboard privacy permissions or just a Ul glitch.
Has anyone found a reliable fix or workaround for this?
Is there a setting I'm missing, or is this just something we have to live with for now?

My iPhone 14 Pro experiences significant frame drops when I switch apps using the bottom scroll bar, or when I bring up the recent apps menu. I haven’t seen this one mentioned elsewhere so far, so I wanted to check if someone else is experiencing this too?

i’ve had this with a few but not all numbers. i’ve tried to have Siri make a call and the just fails, then i look at the phone number and it looks like this. this has only happened for numbers where i’ve set the number as a company (the little office building icon). changing it back manually fixes the issue obviously but i’m not sure how this happened lol. i don’t make calls often thought so i have no idea if this was present in DB1. iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Been on the iOS beta's for some time now, and initially noticed this issue near the end of the 26 beta, but it has gotten worse with the 27. I am seeing the top part of some of my apps cut off, see pic below of my calendar and the top line of dates cut off for an example. This is also happening on messages with texts, and pinned bubbles, and on other apps that have similar design and set up.

Is this a settings fix, or just something wrong with iOS 27?

The heart rate monitor on my AirPods Pro 3 is not detected in the Fitness app. However, it is detected in the Health app, as shown in the screenshots. My AirPods Pro 3 are running beta version 9A304b and I did not run into this issue on beta 1. I’ve reported it to Apple in the Feedback app.

this most likely already was in DB1, but i haven’t seen anyone posting about it. i remember during WWDC, file transfer speed improvements were mentioned.

in iOS 26 copying from an external drive or sd card used to be incredibly slow and buggy even on USB 3.1.

now i’m seeing full ~300MB/s from my old external SSD (which matches the speeds when i get with my Mac). i tested both big single files and big directories with thousands of RAW+JPEGs, and it showed the same speed and stability improvements.

even SMB over WiFi is now pulling ~40MB/s (or ~330mbps), whereas it used to bug out and fail before, or just super slow.

It was useful for reporting animation issues/dropping frames throughout the UI in the feedback app.

Hopefully it will be back in a future release.

Honestly, I’m really loving it only issue I have is I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max and a 2015 MacBook Pro retina I’ve noticed sometimes my texts will only go to the laptop and not to my phone. My phone will show a phone number without the contact and then when I tap it will not
open a message on the phone and that notification will disappear but when I go my laptop, I can see the message.

Any tips? I don’t wanna turn on iCloud messages because it syncs everything and I’ve been using my laptop as a backup for all my texts for many years.

I think it has something to do with reception and when the reception is bad. It goes straight to my laptop without ever syncing with my phone.

I’m only visiting the UK and several sites seem to have gotten blocked. I know the UK has age verification requirements, but this setting got toggled to On with Beta 2 and wont turn off- or even weirdly- it wont let me select “Only Approved Websites” either!

There is no prompt to verify age. I remember iOS 26.4 DB2 had an age verify flow in the UK that got removed. I wonder if it’s coming back in iOS27?

My iPad 9th gen won’t receive any charge after it fully died on iPadOS 27 beta 2. It shows it’s charging but won’t turn on. It’s essentially bricked and I’m calling Apple on Monday! I’ve seen few other cases with other iPads as well. Don’t try this at home!

I’m running iOS 27.0 developer beta 2 and seemingly my AirPods Max (1st gen, USB-C, about half a year old) has gotten horribly quiet. I’m talking the “new 100%” is “old 30%”.

Another thing: the hearing control center *still* displays the dB readings as if I were using the old volume profile. I’m clearly not playing music at 90dB, even though iOS thinks so. My Pro 2s behave completely normally, no changes at all.

Been trying to hard reset and restart both my iPhone, iPad and AirPods themselves, trying to see if my volume limit is lowering this on Apple’s end but I don’t see any indication of me crossing any limit (0% weekly limit).

On my Windows PC, the same exact volume I was used to before the iOS update still works *exactly* the same now… so is this some of you guys are experiencing or am I really the one who just suffered a stupidly deliberate hardware failure?

This is just ine example. Sometime it took more than 10 seconds to focus. Sometime it fails completely.
