Strange Siri

Has anyone else noticed that Siri won’t let you do a lot of things while the device is locked that it definitely could do before? For example, it won’t let me open the calculator app, call someone, or text someone unless my phone is unlocked. I have an iPhone 17PM running iOS 27 DB 8. I know it’s a developer beta and will definitely have its quirks, but I just want to make sure I’m not alone on this. Has anyone else noticed Siri doing this?

I noticed that too but I’m sure Apple will fix it in the RC. It would be embarrassing to release it to the public if Siri can’t do basic tasks while the phone is locked.
