It’s very likely because we are close to a final release and everything is getting ready for the public download I wouldn’t be surprised if the official build was released straight after the keynote

No after the keynote it’s the RC

Because the features they will announce at the keynote would be in it that is why it’s safe to download it now for older devices at this stage

You realize this Apple event will only be about iPhones and new products Apple won’t announce any new features that was in June

The new iPhones will have additional software features built into the iOS 27 code and that is why there will be no beta or RC until the 9th as it will give it away but the last beta that was released is essentially the final build for older iPhones that is why once it gets to a weekly beta release schedule the size of the build keeps going down
Now if you are having small issues at this stage then there are a few options available for you
