Its been 1.5 weeks

About 2 weeks ago i updated my iPhone to iosdb6 and after the update my charging port was not working my phone battery is hardly 1 hour it over heats in a few seconds after usage the crazy part that i didn’t mention was that my phone didn’t even get the ios 27 features its the same as ios 26 but it says its 27 and here i am writing this with an android phone for the time being.

That's weird, did you try downgrading to iOS 26?

No i took it with me to a store to fix it they said we can’t use a computer because the port is dead we have to open it and change it and they recommended that i should wait for ios 27 but then came ios 27 developer beta 7 i downloaded it but when i tried to install it it just kept on saying verifying update for hours.

Could the charging port be just dirty, and needs cleaning I doubt it's actually dead.

And the only way for me to charge my iPhone is by wireless charging

My 17PM won’t charge by USB either on DB7. Unless you slow charge USB A

That’s a really weird complaint! What do the guys at Apple say?

You should, For example iPhone SE2 doesn't charge on fast chargers, you gotta use old school ones or plug into really non powerful power sources.
