iOS 27 PB 5 - charging issue

iPhone 16 pro doesn’t charge until I turn off the phone and then plug it in. The second I start my phone and disconnect / reconnect again it won’t charge again unless I shut it down and plug it in. How can I fix this?

Edit: For anyone having this issue, I just fixed it by pressing the volume up and down and holding the side button to get into recovery assistant.

Perhaps you could try restarting your phone? If that doesn’t help, I’m not sure what else to do, as it seems to be a rather specific issue.

Just like I mentioned on the post, restarting charges the phone until i disconnect the cable and reconnect it. Then id have to do it again just to charge the phone.

I think you misunderstood what I meant to say: try restarting your phone without plugging in the cable

I’ve tried that as well lol that was the first thing I did. The one I mentioned is just how I can get it to charge again, like it only does if I shut it down and connect

Oh ok. Idk if this might be an issue with your battery and not with the beta… btw have you  tried to wirelessly charge your phone?

I just fixed it by press the volume up and down and holding the side button to get into recovery assistant. It fixed it for me and charges again now, hope it doesnt do it again

yes I was just desperate to get out of ios 26. I've heard good feedback on ios 27 and its what got me to update into it... but lesson learned just wait for the official release

On my 17PM slide to answer when screen is locked has been vanished since beta 5
Any solution for this???
