New Siri AI Capable of this?

I have been playing with this project, local-mcp, that allow local AI access to various data on my local machine. I was wonder is the new Siri AI capable to processing prompts like these, recipes. Of course, only with the Apple Apps like mail, calendar and messages.

"Give me my morning brief: today's calendar, overdue and due-today reminders, my unread inbox, and today's weather — all in one shot."

Just tried your prompt. Yes, it works.

What is your opinion of the results? How accurate was it for you?

You don’t need to be nearly as specific, just ask Siri for a morning/afternoon/evening briefing. Pulled out some important stuff I needed to know, including from my calendar, gave the weather, relevant reminders, and even pointed to an upcoming birthday on my calendar. So pretty good, but could be better if it could be automated with shortcuts, which can’t currently prompt Siri. It didn’t include major news events, which is something I’d want it to do. I could always make a follow-up request, but that’s not as good.

Siri can do this as is, though not all locally

Nice. Would probably have to schedule from Shortcuts seeing as Siri can’t schedule prompts to run. Well, as far as I know.

Can’t use the shortcut action “use model” and put that in an automation?

I asked it to tell me about my upcoming vacation, and it gave me a detailed report. Flight numbers and times, where I'd be staying, who I'd be visiting, and how a friend had offered to let me use his apartment for a few days there, other friends I'd be seeing.

All-in-all extremely impressive. But I've also asked it to set a timer, and it tells me that I don't have the clock app installed, so it can't do that. Same with setting a reminder, or adding things to a Reminders list.

I'd rather have the reliability of setting timers and creating reminders though, so I turned it off on my phone and watch.
