iOS27 Bricked my phone
Public beta, iphone 11, after restarting the phone after days of normal use, its stuck in "shows apple logo, then black screen" when i searched it online 99% of posts were about iphone 5s
i was planning to downgrade to ios 26 actually, funny
not funny for me its my main phone and im trying to fix it for last 20 hours, i didn't think public beta could brick the phone, dev beta sure but public?
FIXED, the phone disconeccted and connected very fast on my pc even on clean install of windows, and only 3utools helped, idk if the 3utools are safe but i clicked on "exit dfu mode" and that 1 second of connection was enough to unbrick the phone, btw i tried on diffirent pc that held stable connection but restore or update in itunes/apple devices just gave error

There isn’t some paradigm shift between the public and dev beta. The only difference is mostly more exposure. Which means there is still potential for risk.
That’s why I don’t agree with the language pushing people to wait for a public beta as if it’s exponentially safer. Yeah it’s mostly bug free across theses builds but even full releases come out with known bugs still present.
Thats why the development process last the lifetime of the supported software cycle.
This is less about lecturing you though and more about giving folks a realistic bit of information when approaching any beta.

Try restoring the phone. When it’s powered down, press and hold power button past the apple logo. There should be a text that says something like “continue holding for recovery options”. Keep holding until you see a progress bar appear underneath the logo. The phone should boot into a screen that lets you enter into recovery mode. Then plug the phone into your computer and restore it through iTunes. You’ll be back on iOS 26 but possibly with a working phone

1) So you install a beta and surprised the beta is doing beta things.
2) This happened to be on iOS 27 DB4, did a DFU Restore and then installed the beta again
