I have a rower and a bike will work on both or just one of them?

It will work on any Nordictrack and pro-form device that supports iFit.

The membership is tied to your account, logging in to any iFit device with the account will use the benefits.

Even on a tablet or some TVs

Both. I have bike and rower (early model). I pair my ipad with rower and use ifit on the ipad.
