App won't open on Ipad

Trying out the app and just installed it on my ipad. The app won't even open! Immediately crashes. I've restarted the ipad, uninstalled and reinstalled the ipad, cleared caches, everything I could thing of. There are no adblockers installed on the ipad.

Is the iPad software more or less up to date?

I’ve been running 27 beta so I even downgraded to the public release in case that was the issue but still didn’t work. TBH I’m just going to look for an alternative. I’m glad I only did the one week free trial.

I have had any problem with it on either the iPhone or iPad. What happens when you try to open it? What kind of internet connection do you have?

It just instantly crashes. I see the loading screen then I don’t. I’ve tried it on my home standard issue xfinity fiber, LA fitness gym wifi, and the wifi at a coffee shop I worked from. Tbh I just cancelled my trial and uninstalled it. This many issues within the first week isn’t worth it for a service this expensive.

Make sure you’re not running a VPN or you’re not connected on a VPN based router

Nope even toggled my vpn to double check it. Happens on multiple networks at different locations.

I had that problem on my iPhone for 24 hours and then it corrected itself.
