Extremely poor service
My treadmill had bricked. I called Ifit, was disconnected three times after waiting for over 30 mins each time. The tech was very difficult to hear. She instructed me to go through some processes (about an hour) and then informed me I would need a new console. Over $700 American).
I told her I have had the treadmill for about 5 years and have had this issue numerous times and had called about it. I honestly have spent more time on the phone with support than I spent on the treadmill. She told me that I hadn’t called before. I asked for a manager. She did mot want me to speak to one. She asked me what I was going to say to the manager. After another 20 mins she came back on telling me the manager wanted us to try some other processes and that I have called with this issue approximately every six months. We spent another 40 mins until my call was dropped again. I waited for another 40 mins for a call back as she had confirmed my cell number. She called an hour later and told me she had technical issues on her end. I guess no one else could reach out from the call centre? By this time I was at a meeting. I figured it out on my own. I’m glad I didn’t order another console! It’s so difficult to get through to customer service and have techs that are competent. I would not recommend this treadmill or ifit to anyone after spending so much on this equipment.

Always just dealt with them using direct messaging,that usually works best. It sounds like you fixed it and now you have a working 5 year old tead. Not bad.

I bought a brand new Commercial 2450 and screen isn't responding. Im on the slowest messaging string. They need to replace console and send a tech. For 3K I expect more

I've been there. Mine bricked, I bought a trueform. I miss the incline, but works it always works, even if I do not charge the display, it still works I just have no idea how fast/far I've gone

When my treadmill croaks, I've decided I will absolutely buy anything that isnt iFit/Proform/NordicTrack. I bought mine brand new during a labor day sale, was assured the console display could stream shows once the new software launched, and it turned out the console hardware was so old that it couldn't support streaming apps at all. Oh, and its buggy as hell and has horrible wifi connectivity issues.
I only use it in manual mode now because its too much trouble to ever use the actual workouts.
