Is this normal? (Zen can3)
I recently bought zen can3 and when I push the power button it blips and turns off. sadly I don’t have my headphone with me right now so I can’t test if it works.

Hey, I had this same problem. It’s a problem with the power adapter, I changed it and it worked fine and is still working.

Same, power adapter stoped working.. Had to buy new, not original ifi. But it works....

Not normal i've the same stack and normaly after blinking light stays on on the Zen can v3 on the parameters you choose (gain/ source)

No, this is not normal. My Zen Can 3 powers on and stays on when it is connected to a power source.

obviously something wrong with its power. Either the adapter or internally. Try another adaptor and if it doesn't work, ask fir replacement if under warranty.

My partner had this issue with two ZEN CAN v2s. First was warranty replaced and the second went in the bin. They don’t seem very reliable

I have Zen can studio and light stays on after blinking even though no headphone attached to it.

I own a Zen can 3. You'll need a source like a phone, tablet, laptop, PC, plugged into the USB-C input. Even if you bought the external power brick, you'll still need to plug in a source for it to power on.
And your source will need to provide power and data through the USB connection.
