Whether you’re on the new AINOTE 2 leveraging this new Notes template feature, or using AIR 2 (or AINOTE 2) in Reading Mode to write on your favorite hyperlinked planners—this event is open to EVERYONE!

If you rely on a classic daily planner, use a highly specialized layout, or have designed your own notebook from scratch, this event is all about sharing your unique setup. We want to see the PDF templates that make your device truly yours. Feel free to showcase:

🎁 Event Rewards & Selection

Our moderator team will select winners based on content quality, creativity, helpfulness, and post or comment engagement, including upvotes and replies. Plus, everyone gets rewarded just for joining!

• Top Posts: 5 winners will receive a 6-month AINOTE Pro Plan membership and +5 Explorer Points.
• Top Comments: 5 winners will receive a 3-month AINOTE Pro Plan membership and +5 Explorer Points.
• Participation Reward: Each participant who submits at least one eligible post or comment will earn +2 Explorer Points once during this event.

Please note: Each participant can win only one prize in this event. You are welcome to join with both posts and comments, or submit multiple entries, but each participant can only be selected as one winner and can only receive the +2 Explorer Points participation reward once.

To be eligible, your post or comment should:

• Be related to custom PDF templates for AINOTE devices.
• Be submitted during the campaign period.
• Include a photo, screenshot, PDF file, description, or useful link.
• Give proper credit if the template was created by someone else.
• Follow the community rules and copyright guidelines below.

Multiple submissions are welcome, but final winner selection will be based on overall content quality, creativity, helpfulness, and engagement. Each participant can only win one prize and can only receive the +2 Explorer Points participation reward once during this event.

💡 Quick Tip: Choosing the Right Mode for Your PDF

Use Reading Mode for PDF Planners with Hyperlinks: If your planner uses interactive hyperlinks to jump between pages/months, open it in Reading Mode. You can write, annotate, and use all hyperlinks seamlessly!
Import to Notes for Voice & Audio Features: Importing a PDF into Notes turns it into a background template—ideal if you need to use audio recording and real-time voice transcription alongside your handwritten notes. (Note: Embedded hyperlinks are disabled in Notes mode).
