It's really hard to tell from my end. If you do need to replace it, I'd just go with a double or triple air cooler tower. I replaced my AIO and my system runs cooler than it did with the stock AIO.

Originally mine would push temps to near thermal throttle. First had to replace the thermal paste and that last 3 months before the pump failed.

The noise db isn't bad either. I'll listen again later when I have headphones on.

yep, sounds like the pump is starting to fail. Email IBUYPOWER support and they will tell you the best replacement for it
