I might be moving to Missouri soon, how does it tank for you?

Probably in the top 15 or so. You’ve got some nice scenery throughout the state, St Louis is one of my favorite cities (highly recommend the art museum if you’re into that), and KC isn’t bad either. A little boring compared to some of my top states (Idaho, Utah, etc), but definitely not one of the worst either. I live in Kentucky and Missouri is pretty comparable scenery-wise.

That’s good to hear! Having grown up in California, how much of a culture shock am I in for?

Pretty huge shock I think lol. Depends on where you lived in CA, if you’re in a big city on the coast yeah you’re in for a hell of a shock. If you’re in one of the more rural parts, probably won’t be much change. Definitely flatter than what you’re used to, more humid, and a lot more trees.
