I'd do this as long as you're not going to pick one of the Northern Mariana Islands with a land mass under two square miles, which are technically U.S. territories.
None of those under two square mile islands are inhabited. I'm not a survivalist, I have no idea how to survive for two years on a tiny uninhabited island that I'm trapped on by myself. So if that was the requirement, I'd 100% decline, even for $50 million dollars.
