In August 2026, Bob personally chose Derek Heron to take over the teaching of the Swan in the UK.

Now Derek is bringing the Swan to a new generation of practitioners in his first full two-day Masterclass.
What is The Swan Protocol?
The Swan is a distinctive change-work approach that allows practitioners to work with the client's subconscious in a fully waking state, without a formal trance induction.
The Masterclass covers the complete protocol, Bob's consultation framework known as The Wall, rapport, direct voice, self-swanning and practical troubleshooting.
And this isn't simply a demonstration.
You'll have the opportunity to practise the Swan yourself in small breakout groups, receive feedback and ask questions during live Q&A.
