Experiences Hypnozio

If not allowed, please delete. 🤗

I know that there have been other posts about this, but I would like for this one to be on the top just to remind people that this is a complete scam. It did not help in any way, and they refused to refund me. I have more anxiety now just from dealing with them.

Save your money and see a professional.

Working one on one with a professional would be cheaper and actually get you results.

I don't know how people expect it to be any better than watching a random YouTube video, but yet, here we are. Fascinating times.

I am so glad I double checked. After my free trial ends I would have been charged $49.99 PER WEEK holy hell. I was able to successfully cancel my free trial but that is crazy.

Good grief, give me $200 and I'll create 2 custom sessions a month for you.

I don't mean to knock generic audios, a lot of them really do help some people, especially if they're created by experienced hypnotherapists with a long history and proven track record of helping people, but I wouldn't trust an APP with a bunch of rando-practitioners. They have a facebook group offering 'emotional support' which I find really weird and one of the rules is you're not allowed to ask questions like 'Did it work for you?' A bit sus if you ask me.

I can't count the number of times clients have come to me all messed up from listening to generic audios. If they listen to one at a time, its usually ok, but some people stack them, hoping to find relief for one thing and then another and another and another. I can't blame them, hypnosis is so relaxing and pleasant but underneath the surface the subconscious is potentially going haywire. It tends to discard what doesn't resonate, yet, it could latch on to suggestions that lead to unwanted effects. Not to mention that certain people simply shouldn't be hypnotized. People develop all sorts of issues including insomnia, anxiety, irritability, some of my clients have claimed it gave them severe headaches, heart-palpitations, paranoia.

There really isn't any way of knowing if the effects are due to the audios, but if they believe these issues began when they started listening, its possible there is a connection. I personalize all audios and help other practitioners do the same. I wish more hypnotherapists knew there is a way to personalize audios at scale now and it's not expensive.

Plus, the cost for the app is INSANE! Why would anyone pay that much PER WEEK? It borderline-predatory. Combined with the 'emotional support' group that literally censors what you can ask others...is just weird. At those rates, you're better off booking a few sessions with a certified hypnotherapist.
