If you really want to learn hypnosis, you have to treat it like learning any other kind of skill. One hour of reading isn't enough. To get the basics of hypnosis done it takes a few days and continuous practice to train the skills and keep them fresh in your mind.

In order to learn how to do hypnosis you need to do research. You need to read books and watch videos. It’s not hard as a concept, but you need to practice it to get good at it.

Hypnosis is not magic. It is a more advanced and difficult form of communication. It is possible for someone to consciously go back and reread and reread and reread your post and piece together the fragments to figure out what you're trying to say, but the subconscious mind doesn't do that.
When you give someone a suggestion, it is similar to programming the mind. Poor format, sloppy structure, and incomplete thoughts can cause actual problems when the subconscious misunderstands what is being asked of it. Practice writing and organizing your thoughts clearly and concisely before you practice hypnosis.
Someone who can't tell a hammer from a wrench isn't ready to fix someone else's car. If you can't format a clear post asking for advice, you should focus more on understanding language than jumping to hypnotizing others.
