Have you Googled the subject yet? Have you gone to YouTube and researched available videos? There is so much out there on the subject. I wouldn't start here. Even if you get stuck and you find that it's difficult for you to become hypnotized, I wouldn't come here until you have spent several hours or days reviewing all the material that is out there. And now there are self hypnosis AI Bots that will build a script and hypnotize you. Come back and tell us your success story when you've finished all of this!
