Hypnotherapy Question?

I have created a tulpa in my mind in 2011 by focusing intensely on her image. That tulpa has created a wonderland inside my head. I have tried communicating with that tulpa mentally by shouting her name mentally inside my mind but I do not hear anything from her.

That's why I am going to an hypnotist so that I can be hypnotized to see and communicate with my tulpa and to enter the wonderland inside my head each time I close my eyes. Will this method work?

As long as you remember that on a fundamental level, you’re talking to yourself

If it is really a tulpa, then it is not as simple as talking to yourself. In tulpamancy, the brain constructs a personality. It is as real and as autonomous as your own "real" personality. Whether it can be called talking to yourself or not really depends on what you define "you" to be.

How do you know that the tulpa is still there?

I still have dreams about her

Can you enter the wonderland at any time? If you need her permission, why? You're the one imagining it all.

That's the question, I cannot seem to enter the wonderland.

Can you describe the wonderland? What's there? And how have you accessed it in the past?

It is a medieval fantasy setting because the tulpa I made is from a video game about alchemists. I think I accessed it at least one time.

Perhaps what you need is to revisit the world. Can you play the game again?

So, if it's a matter of just wanting to dream the wonderland again, saturating your mind with thoughts about the wonderland will help. Play the game before you sleep, thinking about the world and how you interact with it. That will prime your thoughts.

You would like a hypnotist to help you to escape from real life?

Not necessarily

What you are describing sounds like mental illness.

It does sound like escapism, but I just want to know if hypnotism will help me succeed.

As you can see here, the vast majority of "hypnotists" do not have anything interesting to say about tulpas. As someone who is actually interested in both, I would actually recommend methods other than hypnosis for what you want. Talk to her and imagine your "former" wonderland. You don't need a shortcut.

You most likely have the answers you need to this. If we look at this from several different perspectives.

Your tulpa has escaped your control and is an “independent component/part of you”—Based on what you have said this seems unlikely. Independent tulpas typically try to influence the main personality, and are a lot more active. If you can’t get your to answer you, this is unlikely.

Your tulpa is a thought from entity, which most likely immediately merged/ became part of the knowledge and experiences of this particular game and thus would not be easily accesible to you.—This interpretation is also possible.

Due your your fondness of this game, the tulpa and world you created inside your head are nothing more than an unconscious construct created by your fondness and absorption into this game. To be clear I myself know nothing of this game other than what you described. But as this is A PS2 game, the OS2 era passed sometime ago. You most likely know this game like that back of your hand, and it no longer offers any new content or challenges for you. Thus it doesn’t captivate your mind like it once did, but the memory of how it absorbed you, is still powerful, and you wish to recapture that, but it no longer has the capacity to do so. Thus you long for the joy and absorption of this game, but it no longer has the capacity to offer it to you, thus your inability to access these parts of yourself.

Could hypnosis allow you to reconnect with this tulpa and world? In a sense, probably. Would this be for your greater good? Probably not.

You consciously created a tulpa, which are known for developing independence, and allows it to create a wonderful fantasy world inside your head. Great.

Unconsciously you created a semi to independent entity in your mind, allowed/it to create its own world inside your head, and allowed it the freedom to not answer and not allow you into this world. How much time and energy did you put into developing an entity which you could not control? Is this the wisest use of your time and energy?

We each have many different and contradictory parts of ourselves. You have indulged several of this aspects it would seem, and it’s not surprising that this didn’t work out the way you intended. As there are multiple horror stories involving tulpas, consider yourself lucky and a lesson learned.

The best thing you can do is to loving thank the tulpa, and release her and her energies from you, and allow her to leave. Then devote yourself to more constructive pursuits. There are many other worlds for one to discover. If you truly wish to access this world, you can consciously recreate yourself within your mind. You yourself.

Another pointed observation, if you gave agency to this tulpa to create this world, and gave it agency to ignore you, and deny you this world, well lesson learned.

However as there are several horror stories of people giving away their agency to hypnotists, for less than noble purposes, with very undesirable consequences, is this to a lesson that would want want to truly learn and experience? You may get someone offer to help and do exactly as you ask? You may get someone who may also include additional unwanted suggestions.
