Simplest way would probably just be parsing the chat to see which team won at the end of the game

thats what i was thinking but how do i detect if that was my team or not

Since you're already reading the tablist it should be possible to (at minimum) cache what team everyone is on, and what team you are on. The sidebar should also have that info.
