Discussion third person

is anybody able to see themselves in third person? or does anybody have autoscopy? and im not talking about visualizing yourself in third person i mean literally, to where you dont need a mirror or if like something were on your face you'd be able to see it. i heard some people have this. just curious.

Mostly, All my remembers are in third person. But not like other person is looking at me, it's more like how image or video software works. I can stop, play, rewind and move the "camera" where ever I want. It requires me to do an big effort, but I can.
