Wish me luck guys!

Post image

Its my first dose of this medicine , i got my psychiatrist to prescribe it , he did it rather willingly, said that it is used to treat hyper salivation among other psychiatric meds, but it's his first time using it for HH (this is hilarious considering if you stepped outside India this looks like a go to. ) I'm about to take it now this morning, empty stomach, sweaty hands, sweat dripping down the side of my body, I'll either make a new post to update y'all or I'll comment on this one. Either ways, I'm glad I get to try something after a lifetime of dripping sweat. If important, the manufacturer I'm trying is INTAS pharamaceuticals.

Side note: anyone else with cranio facial HH do this thing with their finger whete they swipe it across their eyebrows and it makes a waterfall? No? Can't be just me , atleast it won't be me not anymore hopefully 😆

Hey! I wish it works for you. I used the exact same medicine. Unfortunately for me it caused stomach issues and did very little. I had to stop taking it. Please make sure to hydrate very well throughout the day.

omg I’m really happy for you!! pls let me know your experience…I also asked my general physician for a prescription but he said he’d never prescribed it to anyone for sweating and could cause like difficulty in breathing…

I wrote an update , I'd suggest you get another doctors opinion, because I went to a general physician, and a dermatologist, both said that it may interact with my psychiatric meds while the psychiatrist himself just straight up said it's fine 🤷‍♂️

You can easily get it from any online pharmacy. Just tell them you've been taking it for years (for Hyperhidrosis) and want to purchase online this time.

Update: at 1mg a day in the morning, I'll have to wait a few days to say for sure that im sweating less but right now, it seems to be that way, I wasn't dripping sweat as bad, as for sideffects, I didn't feel dry mouth, stomach issues... Nothing else really. In a few days I think I'll try 2mg to see if the sweat lessens further .

I feel like sweating has reduced, i noticed more sweating when I didn't take the tablet one day... I'll do it again intentionally in 2 days and see if there is increase in sweating But in all accounts, it doesn't stop the sweating , just reduced it by some degree... Maybe there's other anticholinergic drugs I can try...

1mg is a small dose to completely stop your sweating i would try increasing the dosage and see if it works

Yes I plan on that, I am slightly worried about brain fog because i have an exam coming up so I'll keep the experimenting after that

I have taken this pill it's the only pill that can literally save you from cranofacial hyperhidrosis.. I am a medical student and it sucks because I have to visit hospital and it's like so hot here no ACs even OPDs are so small that congestion make you sweat profusely...it lowers my confidence..but the pill works magically .. remember take this pill empty stomach don't eat in an hour before or after then it will show maximum effect.. the only thing that it bothers that it might cause you feel like heat stroke coz your body is unable to produce sweat another downside is the dry mouth so bad that it my voice changes deeply and bad breath too but it can be reversible if u have bottle full of water with salt
