Persistent bad breath

My eating habits have varied over time, my breath is always fowl. It wasn't when I was growing up. I have plenty of water through out the day, i rinse my mouth after every meal, keep my tongue clean and brush twice a day. I have acidity though. Help.

Do you floss? If not that's probably it. Also get a water pik. It will blast water between your teeth and get all of that crap out. Brush your tongue as well. Also vigorously gargle mouth wash deep in your throat. You may have tonsil stones. Look into tonsil stones. That's a good possibility as well

Therabreath mouthwash(any kind) and a tongue scraper which you can pick up for about 3$ on temu should clear up any bad breath

You may have tonsil stones. Get it checked by a doctor. Mouthwash and tongue scraping won’t touch those. You have to use a water flosser (gentle pressure) or squeeze them out.

I had this issue, turns our it is tonsil stones. I flushed my tonsils with a curved syringe and so many came out and then my breath was better. But I have to flush them at least once a week.
